Day Camps:Bring a swimsuit and towel in a bag marked with your child's name. Please also put your child's name in their jacket they may wear in the morning. Jackets often get taken off as the day warms and get left at camp.
Senior High Only - We will have a banquet meal / talent show so you may want to bring dress clothes and come prepared to share your talent.
Swim Wear:
Swim wear should be appropriately modest. The directors reserve the right to require a t-shirt or shorts to be worn over swimwear that they feel is inappropriate. It is strongly recommended that you bring water shoes of some sort to wear in the lake. There are sharp rocks near the shore.
Winter Retreats:
Campers should bring personal items, (soap, towels etc.) Bible, note paper, sleeping bag/bedding, warm winter clothing (including boots and clothes for playing outdoors).
What to Bring
Campers should bring personal items (including soap, towels, medications), Bible, sleeping bag or bed-ding, swimsuit, insect repellent, and rugged clothing. Camera is optional. Please put your name on your camera and in your Bible.
What Not to Bring
Camp is a unique place to break from the usual routine and experience a special time with God and friends. For this reason, we request that no radios, tape or CD players, cellular phones, electronic games, candy, pop or watches be brought to camp. SLCC does not charge extra for crafts or snacks so we recommend that kids do not bring extra money.
